An "S" giveaway...

May 9, 2010
Happy Mother's Day y'all!!! I have a lil' something for you today... Do you want to know what it is?

Of course you do. But first... First let's get this pesky disclosure out of the way...

FTC Disclosure: I am an IndieBound and Amazon affiliate, and any purchases made by clicking on the cover or the links provided may result in monetary compensation.

I have three books up for grabs, which means 3 people get to add to their collection. These are all from my collection, and pretty much in perfect condition, although you might find a bookmark stuck in between the pages...

The books are (all links are to my reviews):
This One is Mine by Maria Semple (paperback)
The Secret of Joy by Melissa Senate (paperback)
Dear John by Nicholas Sparks (paperback)

All by "S" authors, hence the giveaway name! And no, I didn't do that on purpose...

Interested? Here are the deets:

  1. US residents only, please.
  2. Comment and tell me which book you'd like, and why. One comment only, please. If you already have these, please help spread the word so that someone else can help me clear my shelves!
  3. Make sure I can get a hold of you if you're a winner!
  4. Do it all before 6:00 pm CST May 23rd! That's it! Good luck!

Dear John by Nicholas Sparks

Honestly, I own all of his books except for this one. It would make me feel accomplished to look at my bookshelf and know I own everything he's ever written. I'm a geek like that.

Thanks for the awesome contest, There are going to be three very happy people at the end!

Hi, Drey! Happy Mother's Day : ) Thanks for this giveaway!

I'd love to win "Dear John" by Nicholas Sparks. The story line sounds very touching, and I am collecting books by Nicholas Sparks. It would be great to add "Dear John" to my collection.

I'm feeling really insignificant right now since I have to agree with the two comments above me. I'd really love to win Dear John by Nicholas Sparks. All of his books are so good and heart-felt and I haven't read this book. But it sounds so good.

Thanks for the giveaway!

I'll be different and select The Secret of Joy. The premise of this book sounds interesting...finding that you have a half sister you didn't know about.

I would love to read Dear John by Nicholas Sparks. I don't want to read it because of the movie. Let's just say I think the movie looks terrible! I would like to read Dear John because I haven't read a Sparks novel yet, and I want to see myself why he's a bestseller author.

Thanks for the giveaway!

I would like to have the book The Secret of Joy by Melissa Senate. It is a book of self-discovery that supposedly will give the reader some warm fuzzies. It just sounds like a book that I would enjoy reading.

Thank you,

I'm definitely a Sparks fan but Dear John is pretty low on my list of to-reads although it is there. I'd love a chance to read The Secret of Joy by Melissa Senate. I've heard it's quite good =)

Thanks Drey and I hope you had a great mom's day!!
