Oh, Mac! She finds out that the Sinsar Dubh is moving around Dublin. Not only that, she sees it. And it sees her.
There's Unseelie fae everywhere - driving cabs, picking up garbage, roaming the streets with humans...
Barrons is not human. Who knows how old he really is. And there's history between Barrons and V'Lane. Which explains why Barrons gets so completely whacked out of shape when Mac spends time with V'Lane. Which she does.
Rowena sends sidhe-seers to retrieve Mac's spear. And the nice boy who knew Alina, is a druid.
Everyone is preparing for Samhain (Halloween). The good guys, the bad guys, the non-guys... Mac tries to figure it out, before... I can't say more. Go read it yourselves.
To say that this book ends with a cliffhanger, is an understatement. Holy Moly! I should have listened to my friend who warned me not to read this until the next book (Dreamfever) is out. Bah!
